Day 1: Kasol to Grahan Village

  • Morning: Begin the trek from Kasol to Grahan Village (9 km, 5-6 hours).
  • Afternoon: Arrive at Grahan, have lunch, and explore the village.
  • Evening: Set up camp, attend a briefing session, and enjoy dinner.

Day 2: Grahan Village to Min Thatch

  • Morning: Trek from Grahan to Min Thatch (7 km, 5-6 hours).
  • Afternoon: Reach Min Thatch, have lunch, and rest.
  • Evening: Explore the meadow and enjoy dinner at the campsite.

Day 3: Min Thatch to Nagaru

  • Morning: Begin trekking to Nagaru (8 km, 6-7 hours).
  • Afternoon: Arrive at Nagaru, enjoy lunch, and relax.
  • Evening: Prepare for the Sar Pass crossing and have dinner.

Day 4: Nagaru to Biskeri Thatch via Sar Pass

  • Early Morning: Start the trek to Sar Pass (13,800 ft) and descend to Biskeri Thatch (14 km, 7-8 hours).
  • Mid-Morning: Enjoy the views from Sar Pass and experience a thrilling snow slide.
  • Afternoon: Reach Biskeri Thatch, have lunch, and unwind.
  • Evening: Enjoy dinner and rest at the campsite

Day 5: Biskeri Thatch to Barshaini and Drive to Kasol

  • Morning: Trek from Biskeri Thatch to Barshaini (10 km, 4-5 hours).
  • Afternoon: Drive back to Kasol, have lunch, and relax.
  • Evening: Explore Kasol and conclude with a celebratory dinner.

Day 6: Kasol Departure

  • Morning: Depart from Kasol after breakfast.
  • Afternoon: Conclude your Sar Pass Trek adventure.

  • Includes forest trails, snow-covered sections, and scenic campsites
  • Fitness required: cardio, basic strength & stamina building 3–4 weeks before trek
  • Pack light (max 10–12 kg) and carry essentials only
  • Weather can change quickly — carry warm layers and rain protection
  • No mobile network beyond Kasol — full digital detox
  • Must carry: Govt. ID, medical fitness certificate, reusable water bottle, headlamp
  • Eco-conscious trek — no plastic, carry your trash back
  • Alcohol, smoking, and loud music strictly prohibited
  • Always follow the instructions of trek leaders and support crew

Payment Policy

  • 50% of the total amount to be paid at the time of booking.
  • Remaining 50% to be paid at least 7 days before the trek starts.
  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or online payment gateways.

Cancellation / Refund Policy

  • Cancellation 30+ days before trek: 90% refund
  • Cancellation 15-30 days before trek: 50% refund
  • Cancellation 7-14 days before trek: 25% refund
  • Cancellation less than 7 days before trek: No refund
  • In case of natural disasters or government restrictions, an alternate trek/date will be offered. No cash refund in such cases.
